Let’s play a game called “Millennial Apartment Bingo”.

I did not invent this game but I think it’s hilarious and you’ll see why..

Take a look at the chart below and count how many of these items you have in your home.

Chances are, if you’re a Millennial and up with the current trends, there is a very high chance that one or more of these items could be found in your apartment.

It's funny, cuz it's true.

If you follow any kind of design blog, trendy shop, or fashion influencer these days, you'll know that the market is absolutely SATURATED with these items, in all different shapes and sizes.

These are the things that make today's hotels, restaurants, and shops "Instagrammable".

But these are also the things that make all these places look the same!

What ever happened to being unique and standing out??

You don’t want to look like everyone else, because you’re not like everyone else. You keep seeing those ratty Ikea pillows at all your friend’s houses and you know you can do better.

So what’s a gal to do?

Well, buying handmade is a great place to start. But if you really want something one of a kind…

…I suggest you make it yourself.

What? …I know, it’s aggressive.

I mean, who has the time or skills to design their own art prints?

Well, what if I told you many of my students have and still do?

Like Crystal, who makes amazing block printed stuffed monsters for kids.

And Helena, who started selling her block printed illustrations after taking my class.

What if I told you that you could finish a project in under 3 hours? With no previous art skills?

Even if you’re a ‘terrible artist’.

Even if you can’t draw yourself out of a paper bag.

The hardest part about block printing is figuring out what supplies to get.

Fortunately, I’ve already done that for you :)
